Sarah
wears 3 hats, as they say, firstly she is a director of a company that
specialises in producing video for the internet, secondly she does some
SEO consultancy for companies in London.
The
internet marketing business started when, she developed for fun , The
Internet TV stations directory , back in 2003. The site listed only
proper broadband Internet TV stations- sort of the best of the best…
Very quickly
the site was getting around 10,000 unique visitors
each month,
so she decided to monetarize the site using Googles “new” Adsense
system, and started to make some decent cash, then something clicked in
her head and she realised that potentially she could make more money by
playing in the Internet Marketing space.
The
next step was to become an affiliate for some of the advertisers on the
internet tv stations directory, and at that point she started making
more money as an affiliate and selling advertisers products direct,
than she was through Adsense, she was making about $600 a month
from just the one site and doing
very little
And that as
they say, is where it all started…….
Her next step
was to sell affiliate products through Adwords/MSN/Yahoo search etc,
and discovered Clickbank.
Sarah quickly started to make
over $5000 per month just
promoting clickbank products using PPC.
She
also started building and promoting her own web-sites to sell affiliate
products, and now owns some 50 or so web-sites that sell a wide range
of goods and services.
Having
got these sites her attention then focussed on how to cost effectively
promote them, so Sarah has been through the whole
Keyword/Pay-Per-Click/Article Marketing/Outsource backlinks approach,
and while not an expert she's pretty comfortable about these
techniques, their costs and their effectiveness.
It was then a
logical step to develop her own products, and the first of these was theInternet TV Book,
based on everything she had learned at Intervision and which was a
Clickbank product. This did well initially, and is still selling well.
This was then
followed by the YouTubeLoophole, Sarah's first
internet marketing product, which was launched as a Warrior Special
Offer to critical acclaim.
